• •Prices shown on this website, including from the instant quote tool, are estimates based on the area you trace. They are not a binding offer.
• •A quote we send you is valid until the expiry date shown on it, and is based on the property being in roughly the condition we expect.
• •If the lawn is significantly overgrown, or there's damage, debris or an obstruction we couldn't see, we'll talk to you before doing extra work — we won't surprise you with a bigger bill.
• •Accepting a quote doesn't charge you anything. We'll contact you to schedule.

• •We serve Ponca City and the surrounding North Central Oklahoma towns. Service days are assigned by route.
• •Rain and storms move the schedule. If we're delayed we'll let you know and get to you as soon as the ground allows.
• •If you need to skip or reschedule a visit, tell us at least 24 hours ahead where you can.

• •Unless you're on a prepaid or monthly plan, you're billed after the work is done.
• •We accept card, PayPal, Venmo, cash and check.
• •Recurring plans continue until you tell us to stop. There's no cancellation fee on pay-as-you-go service.
• •Seasonal and 12-month plans are agreements for a set period; if you need to end one early, call us and we'll work it out.

We do the work described in your quote, to a professional standard. If something isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we’ll come back and put it right at no charge. We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left hidden in the grass, or conditions we couldn’t reasonably have seen.

How you opt in.You opt in by ticking the consent box on our quote form, by telling our website chat you’d like text updates, or by asking us directly to text you. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. The wording you agree to is:

“I agree to receive text messages from Boss Mowing about my quote, scheduling, and service reminders at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

What we send. Messages relate to service you asked about or bought:

• •Replies to a quote you requested
• •Appointment confirmations and reminders
• •A heads-up when the crew is on the way
• •Invoice and payment notifications
• •Occasional service updates, such as weather delays

Message frequency varies with your service. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOPto any message to stop all texts to that number. You’ll receive one confirmation and nothing after that. You can also call us and ask.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Hats, shirts and other gear are sold and fulfilled by MEAN Advertising, not by Boss Mowing LLC. MEAN Advertising handles the order, the payment and any problem with it. Everything else in these terms covers lawn care; this section covers the shop.

On your card statement the charge appears as MEANADV* BOSS MOWING. If you don’t recognise a charge, email webmaster@meanadvertising.com before disputing it — we’ll sort it out faster than your bank will.

Everything is printed to order. Nothing sits on a shelf, which is why your name and size can go on it — and why it takes longer than a warehouse would. Expect 2–7 business days to make your item, and 10–20 business days after that to reach you. Embroidered items can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping is charged at the actual rate to your address, shown before you pay. We ship within the United States only.

Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you were shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Returns and refunds

Because each item is made for you, we can’t resell it — so we don’t accept returns for a change of mind, the wrong size, or a colour that looked different on screen. Please check the size guide before ordering.

• •Damaged, misprinted or defective: tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you.
• •Wrong item sent: same — a photo, and we'll put it right.
• •Never arrived: if tracking shows no movement, contact us and we'll chase the carrier or remake the order.
• •Wrong address entered at checkout: we'll help, but once an item is in production we may not be able to change it, and a reshipment may be chargeable.

To start any of these, email webmaster@meanadvertising.com with your order number and a photo. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within five to ten business days.

Cancelling.Email us as soon as you can. If the item hasn’t gone into production we’ll cancel and refund in full. Once printing has started we can’t.

The logo stays ours.Buying a shirt doesn’t give you rights to the Boss Mowing name or marks, and gear may not be resold or used to present yourself as working for Boss Mowing LLC.

Don’t use this site to break the law, and don’t try to break into parts of it that aren’t yours. Our name, logo and site content belong to us. Quote and invoice links are private to the person we sent them to.

The website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
