PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only what we need to quote and do the work:

• •Your name, phone number, email address and service address, when you give them to us through our quote form, our website chat, or over the phone.
• •Details about your property — the area you trace on our map tool, lawn size, and any preferences or access notes you give us.
• •Records of the work we've done for you, your invoices, and how you paid.
• •Basic website analytics, such as which pages were visited. This is not tied to your name.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems; we only ever see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the method.

• •To prepare and send your quote.
• •To schedule visits and tell you when the crew is coming.
• •To invoice you and record payment.
• •To answer your questions and follow up on a request you made.
• •To keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting.

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, we may text you about your quote, your schedule, and your service. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (580) 304-9976. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in the “When we share information” section below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Hats and shirts are sold and shipped by MEAN Advertising, not by Boss Mowing LLC. When you order, the name, address and email you give at checkout go to MEAN Advertising and to the printer who makes and ships your item. They need your address to deliver it; there is no way around that.

Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen by us or stored on this website. We see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and what you ordered.

Shop data is used to fulfil and support your order, and nothing else. It is not used to market lawn care to you, and it is not merged with your customer record unless you are already a customer. Questions about a shop order go to webmaster@meanadvertising.com.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it. We share it only in these situations:

• •With the service providers who run parts of our business for us — our website host, our database provider, and our payment processors — and only so far as they need it to do that job.
• •If you order gear, with MEAN Advertising and the printer who makes and ships it, limited to what's needed to get the item to you.
• •With our crew, who see your address, access notes and service preferences so they can do the work correctly.
• •When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request or a tax audit.
• •If the business is ever sold, with the new owner, who would be bound by this same policy.

As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every one of these categories and are never shared.

We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

• •Ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
• •Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• •Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it.
• •Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• •Update your service preferences any time using the link on your quote or invoice.

Our services are for property owners and renters. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text messaging will be reflected here before they take effect.
