Per mow. Year-Round is weekly March–October and every other week November–February with winter cleanup and snow service.
What Year-Round includes in winter
- ✓Pick up branches and yard debris
- ✓Blow leaves off walkways, driveways and hard surfaces
- ✓Blow out garden beds of leaves and debris
- ✓Mulch leaves in lawn
- ✓Inspect and blow out gutter downspouts to ensure flow
- ✓Trim bushes or trees touching house
- ✓Pull weeds in beds, cracks or driveway, and sidewalk
- ✓Edge beds and walkways
- ✓Shoveling and/or salting walkways, driveways, steps and hard surfaces up to 4" (anything beyond 4 inches is an additional $15 per inch)
- ✓Inspect property: if we find damage or issues, we will take pictures and send a report

How much does lawn mowing cost?
Year-Round plan: $49 under 4,000 sq ft, $69 up to 8,000, $89 up to 12,000. Weekly-only (March–October): $59, $79 and $99. Bigger lawns get a custom quote. Price is based on your measured turf, not your lot.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Our customers stay because the work is good, not because a contract makes them.
What if my grass is overgrown?
First cuts on overgrown lawns (6"+) carry a one-time surcharge since they take extra passes and disposal. After that you're on standard pricing.
